Freelance full stack development is all I've done since 2012. It started as project work alongside a day job, and fairly quickly became the main thing. These days the work sits mostly in four areas — PHP, WordPress, Laravel and Twilio — with a growing fifth: AI integration using OpenAI and Claude API wired into the systems businesses already run.

A UK wine retailer needed their retail shop, wine bar bookings and B2B wholesale portal all in one place. Built on WordPress and WooCommerce with a custom trade module — still their primary sales platform today.
A US healthcare company came to me with a requirements document that covered multiple user roles, referral workflows, hospital callbacks and group scheduling. Built in Laravel with a React front-end. Delivered on schedule.
One of my longer Twilio engagements. A US SaaS company needed inbound routing, an outbound dialler and real-time agent stats in a single interface. I built the whole thing on Twilio Flex, wrote a custom agent UI and wired up the reporting layer. Two years on, it's still live.
The brief had three systems that needed to talk to each other — single sign-on across platforms, a coupon engine wired into the vehicle inventory, and auto-generated PDFs for each listing. WordPress and PHP under the hood, but the custom code layer is substantial enough that the CMS is almost incidental.
